What is The Traveler Bag and how does it work?
It is a rental service of clothes, accessories, baby products or seasonal products for people who are going to travel to Barcelona. Our service eliminates the need to pack, bring or carry extra things. Through our service, you can also reduce your carbon footprint.

How do we help reduce your environmental impact?
The Traveler's Bag can reduce aircraft fuel and CO2 emissions by reducing the amount of cargo carried. In addition, our service can extend the life of the things you rent from us.

Is it done in other cities or countries?
At the moment we are starting in Barcelona, but soon we will be in more cities in Spain and around the world.

How do I return the things I rent?
When you rent with us you give us a delivery address, at this same point is where we will pick up the rented products. If there is any change or unforeseen event you can contact our customer service by whatsapp that is on the website or by our mail thetravelerbagspain@gmail.com

What happens if I lose or damage an item?
Within the product description you will find the value that you would have to pay for each product in the case of total loss or theft. An evaluation will be made when picking up the products, it can be at the moment or in a margin of 2 to 3 days for its revision. If the damage is irreparable or total, the amount specified will be charged to the same card with which the payment was made.

Are the products clean?
Yes, all our products will be delivered clean and disinfected. For us it is very important the safety and cleanliness of our customers.

Can you deliver outside Barcelona?
